ATAC Resources Ltd. is a well-financed Vancouver-based exploration company focused on exploring for gold and copper in Yukon, BC and Nevada, with approximately $7 million in treasury. We are strategically positioned with copper and gold projects in the Yukon and BC, providing multiple paths to value creation. Our strong, ongoing discoveries and experienced management team have a proven record of building value—and fast.
Known for our discovery of Canada’s first Carlin-type gold at its Rackla Gold Property in Yukon (Osiris Deposit, 0.73 Moz Indicated at 4.12 g/t Au, 1.04 Moz Inferred at 3.47 g/t Au), we have recently diversified our property portfolio with additional copper assets and a project in British Columbia. 2022 exploration will include three drill campaigns, focusing on expanding gold resources and discovery-stage copper-gold porphyry exploration in Yukon and BC.
At the Osiris Deposit in Yukon, step-out drilling will be conducted on known high-grade mineralization, including 26.70 m of 12.95 g/t Au. At the Connaught Property in Yukon, a maiden 5,000m RC drill program will target copper porphyry mineralization identified in 2021 trenching and geophysical surveys. At the PIL Property, located in the heart of the Toodoggone region in British Columbia, a two phase program will be conducted, with geophysical surveys early in the season and a follow-up drill program in the fall.
In addition to these projects, ATAC also holds the oxide gold Tiger Deposit, with PEA-level economics yielding a pre-tax NPV(5%) of $118.2 M and an IRR of 54.5% at a US$1,400/oz gold price.
This season will be one of ATAC’s busiest exploration programs in recent years, with strong potential for both new discoveries and meaningful resource growth.
