W. Douglas Eaton, President, is pleased to announce that ATAC has optioned 48 mineral claims comprising the Wildcard gold prospect from independent prospector Alex McMillan. The Wildcard property is located in southeastern Yukon, about 220 km by road north of Watson Lake and 30 km south of the Cantung mine site. The property lies within a cluster of promising gold occurrences and hosts a brand new showing that McMillan discovered in a recently deepened ditch alongside the main haulage road to the mine. The mineralization consists of pyrite and arsenopyrite rich quartz porphyry float and massive arsenopyrite vein material, specimens of which returned 4.6 and 33.9 g/t gold, respectively.
ATAC can earn a 100% interest in the property by making cash payments totalling $30,000 and issuing a total of 150,000 shares of its stock by March 1, 2005. Upon earn-in, the interest would be subject to a 2% net smelter return royalty, 1% of which can be purchased at any time for $1 million.
Mr. Eaton is also pleased to announce that ATAC will have a booth (#2525) at the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada Investors Exchange at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on Sunday, March 9 from 12 noon to 5:30 PM and Wednesday, March 12 from 9 AM to 4 PM.
